Autumn’s final glow, captured in glass.

As sake or water is poured, crimson maple leaves softly emerge within the glass—
their reflections drifting across the polished surface,
creating a warm, glowing scene that evokes autumn at its peak.
A fleeting moment of seasonal beauty, preserved through light and reflection.

Craftsmanship that reveals the poetry of change.

Handcrafted by the artisans of GLASS-LAB in Tokyo,
this Edo Kiriko piece is created using a rare fusion of
Hira-kiriko (flat cutting) and ultra-fine 0.09mm sandblasting.
Only a limited number of craftsmen in Japan possess the skill to achieve
such depth, clarity, and delicate reflection.

Warm hues layered with depth.

Crafted from a special two-layer overlay glass,
a soft orange base wrapped in vivid Kin-aka (bright red),
the color palette expresses the richness and warmth of autumn leaves.
Side-cut engravings capture autumn’s final burst of color,
while the reflections evoke leaves gently touching the surface of still water.
Each glass is carefully presented in a traditional paulownia box
with GLASS-LAB’s original wrapping—
a thoughtful gift for moments meant to be remembered.

Tokyo craftsmanship, born from tradition.

Hand-forged in Tokyo, where modern design and Edo tradition intertwine,
GLASS-LAB carries forward the legacy of Shiina Glass Studio, founded in 1950.
More than glassware, “Kingyo” is a moment of art—a reflection of Japanese serenity, movement, and light.
