Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Brazil, the United Kingdom, India, Russia, or Turkey.

 

Shipping Origin & Cost
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Japan.
Shipping is free on all orders.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

We are pleased to offer duty-free shipping to the United States—you will not be charged import duties or taxes when your order arrives.

For other international destinations, please note that purchases made through our store are considered personal imports. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. They may or may not be applied depending on the declared value of your order and any duty-free thresholds applicable in your country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees related to the return of restricted items or unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., due to unpaid customs fees or failed customs clearance) are also the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are returned due to unpaid customs fees. In cases where shipments are returned due to customs issues or failed delivery, any associated return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend checking the import regulations in your country before placing an order. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number you can use to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Cancellations

Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
