Super sharp right out of the box. Feels solid and easy to control.
I’ve been using it daily and it hasn’t disappointed.
Also — loved the thoughtful touch of the origami in the packaging. Very cool.

I’ve been using this knife for about two weeks now, and overall I’m really happy with it.

The quality is fantastic — the blade is razor-sharp, and the craftsmanship is clearly top-tier. It cuts through everything with ease, and it’s probably the sharpest knife I’ve ever owned.

That said, it did take me a few days to get used to the handle shape and balance, which felt a bit different from the Western-style knives I’m used to.
It’s not a bad thing — just something to be aware of if you’re switching from European knives.

Once I got the hang of it, it’s been a joy to use.
If you're into precision and appreciate traditional Japanese design, this knife won’t disappoint.

Solid, Sharp, and Built to Last

I’ve owned a bunch of knives over the years, but this one stands out.

The blade is razor-sharp out of the box, and it holds its edge better than any knife I’ve used before.
The handle feels super solid, and the balance is perfect — it’s one of those tools you look forward to using every day.

You can tell this wasn’t mass-produced. It’s the real deal.
Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality.
