As someone who’s worked in kitchens for over 20 years, I’ve used all kinds of knives — and this one seriously holds its own.

It came razor sharp, held its edge through heavy prep, and the balance is spot on.
Honestly, I’d put this up there with knives twice the price.

Highly recommended for both professionals and serious home cooks.

My First Japanese Knife — And It Blew Me Away!

I’ve always loved Japanese craftsmanship, but this is my first time actually owning a Japanese knife — and I’m blown away.

The quality is incredible — it’s beautifully balanced, super sharp, and feels amazing in the hand. I’ve used it for everything from slicing vegetables to prepping meat, and it just glides through with no effort.

You can really feel the care and skill that went into making it. It’s not just a tool, it’s a piece of art.

Absolutely worth it — this is now the best knife I own.

amazing

My Japan trip was postponed, and I randomly found this knife through an Instagram ad. I was stunned by the beauty of the blade and the impeccable packaging. Holding it brought a part of Japan into my kitchen. Truly grateful.
